Edelweiss hand balm intensively cares for stressed hands, protects the skin barrier, and leaves them feeling supple and nourished. The rich, natural formula absorbs quickly and is ideal for dry, chapped, or weather-exposed hands.
The base consists of Swiss rapeseed oil and beeswax from the Bernese Oberland, complemented by edelweiss extract and other select botanicals. Pure essential oils of lavender, Swiss pine, and bergamot provide a pleasantly natural fragrance – harmonious, subtle, and unobtrusive.
Regional ingredients instead of mass-produced raw materials
Our hand balm is based on the belief that high-quality care doesn't have to come from faraway lands. The formula is inspired by traditional Alpine skincare practices and relies specifically on natural raw materials from Switzerland.
Many of the herbs and flowers used come from the Kandertal valley in the Bernese Oberland, where they are carefully cultivated. This natural approach to plant care simultaneously creates valuable habitats for wild bees and honeybees – a contribution to a vibrant cultural landscape.

Manufacturing & Quality
The Edelweiss hand balm is developed in-house by puralpina and carefully handcrafted. This production method allows for complete oversight of every step and consistent verification of the quality and origin of all ingredients used.
The formula is deliberately kept simple. Puralpina completely avoids synthetic additives and relies exclusively on natural raw materials. The hand balm contains no paraffins, microplastics, or palm oil. Likewise, no artificial preservatives, fragrances, or colorants are used.
